Baseball Recap: St. Andrew's Falls to Hilton Head Prep in First Game of Season

St. Andrew unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Hilton Head Prep Dolphins on Tuesday, falling 16-0. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it seven in a row.

The victory (which was Hilton Head Prep's fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Coming up, St. Andrew's will look to defend their home field on Friday against John Paul II at 5:00 p.m. As for Hilton Head Prep, they will head out to challenge Greenwood Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Greenwood Christian is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.8 runs per game this season.
