Trinity Academy won the last time they faced Nickerson and Zac Zimmerman did his part to make sure it happened again. The Knights breezed past the Panthers to the tune of 64-20 on Thursday with plenty of help from Zimmerman, who threw for 265 yards and five touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, and also rushed for 49 yards and a pair of scores. His passing game has become a key predictor of Trinity Academy's success: the team is 2-1 when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 2-3 otherwise.

Trinity Academy's leading receiver Bryton Baty was Zimmerman's top target yet again, picking up 164 receiving yards and three TDs. Baty also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, forcing one fumble and making seven total tackles.

The win got Trinity Academy back to even at 4-4. As for Nickerson, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.

As of now, neither Trinity Academy nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
