Baseball Recap: Macon County Takes a Loss

Macon County fell victim to Monroe and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Monroe Golden Tornadoes, falling 18-0. That's two games in a row now that the Bulldogs have lost by exactly 18 runs.

This is the second loss in a row for Macon County and nudges their season record down to 0-2. As for Monroe, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Coming up, Macon County will head out to challenge Twiggs County at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Monroe, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Sherwood Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
