Basketball Recap: San Marino Comes Up Short

San Marino was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 58-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Flintridge Prep Wolves. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 784th, while the Wolves are ranked 51st).

San Marino's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Flintridge Prep, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-1.

San Marino has already played their next matchup, a 58-45 loss against La Canada on the 24th. As for Flintridge Prep, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 55-14 victory against Westridge on the 24th.
