Soccer Recap: Benedictine Comes Up Short

The matchup between Benedictine and Richmond Hill on Tuesday hardly resembled the 2-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Benedictine Cadets lost 8-3 to the Richmond Hill Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cadets of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Parker Lewis and Nikos Hanks scored all three of Benedictine's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Benedictine's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Benedictine will challenge Woodville-Tompkins at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Richmond Hill, they will square off against Tift County at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
