Pasadena lost to Village Christian back in January of 2020, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Pasadena Bulldogs pulled ahead with a 48-47 photo finish over the Village Christian Crusaders. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Village Christian's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Maddy Boquiren, who posted ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Madison Mulligan, who had 14 points.

Pasadena is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for Village Christian, they now have a losing record at 5-6.

Pasadena wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 48-43 loss against Holy Martyrs Armenian on the 20th. As for Village Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 57-27 win against Northview on the 21st.
