Soccer Recap: Rootstown Victorious

Rootstown saw some tournament action on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Columbia Raiders 3-2. Zach Pastor had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Rootstown.

Rootstown's win bumped their record up to 12-4-1. As for Columbia, their loss ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 16-3.

Looking ahead, Rootstown will square off against Grand Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Columbia does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
