Basketball Recap: Upper Darby Takes a Loss

Upper Darby was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were outmatched by the Garnet Valley Jaguars and fell 64-24. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Royals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 65-32 back in December of 2024.

It was another big night for Haylie Adamski, who went 8 of 19 en route to 20 points along with six assists and three steals for Garnet Valley. The game was Adamski's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Addison Adamski, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten boards.

Upper Darby's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Garnet Valley, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-1.

Upper Darby will head out to take on Conestoga at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Garnet Valley, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Haverford at 7:00 p.m.
