Basketball Game Preview: Fresno Warriors vs. Bullard Knights

Fresno is 3-0 against Bullard since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Fresno Warriors are taking a road trip to face off against the Bullard Knights at 6:30 p.m.

Last Thursday, Fresno had to suffer through a 59-17 loss at the hands of San Joaquin Memorial. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Meanwhile, Bullard waltzed into their match on Saturday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They breezed by the Hawks to the tune of 74-36. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 144th, while the Hawks are ranked 425th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Bullard pushed their record up to 15-8 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 23.5 points per game. As for Fresno, their loss dropped their record down to 9-13.

Fresno came out on top in a nail-biter against Bullard in their previous matchup back in December of 2022, sneaking past 46-43. Does Fresno have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bullard turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
