With a playoff game on the line, the Animo Watts Warriors rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Bulls by a score of 46-35. The win made it back-to-back wins for Animo Watts.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Animo Watts to victory, but perhaps none more so than Caitlin Rosales, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds. Rosales is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down ten or more in the last five games she's played. Trisha Hernandez was another key contributor, almost dropping a double-double on 15 points and nine rebounds.

Animo Watts' win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Alliance Bloomfield, their loss dropped their record down to 11-8.

Animo Watts will head out on the road to square off against University Pathways Medical Magnet at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Animo Watts' defense has only allowed 21.4 points per game this season, so University Pathways Medical Magnet's offense will have their work cut out for them.
