Baseball Recap: Early County Takes a Loss

Early County lost against Miller County back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Early County Bobcats came up short against the Miller County Pirates, falling 12-2. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Early County saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacob McKie, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple and two RBI.

Early County's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Miller County, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

While Early County had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
