Softball Recap: Treynor Picks Up Seventh Consecutive Victory

Treynor waltzed into their match on Friday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They beat the Audubon Wheelers by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 15-2. The Cardinals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by seven runs or more this season.

Treynor's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-3. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.6 runs over those games. As for Audubon, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-9.

Treynor has already played their next game (against AHSTW), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Audubon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 9-5 win against Griswold on the 21st.
