Baseball Game Preview: Calvary Christian Knights vs. Brookstone Cougars

For the second straight game, Calvary Christian will face off against Brookstone. The Knights will be playing at home against the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Calvary Christian is returning to their home field after beating Brookstone on theirs, despite the fact Brookstone has dominated at home this season. The Knights had just enough and edged out the Cougars 4-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Knights have posted since March 27th.

Tommy Irving spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on three hits and racked up seven Ks.
