Baseball Recap: Fayette County Tigers vs. Trinity Christian Lions

Fayette County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They took a 12-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trinity Christian Lions. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Fayette County of the 15-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture last Friday.

Evan Wiley made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Michael Kavney, who scored a run while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

On Trinity Christian's side, Camden Rodgers and Brady Rainwater made a splash no matter where they played. On the mound, Rodgers tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.
