Softball Recap: McIntosh County Academy Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for McIntosh County Academy's offense. They came up short against the Jenkins County War Eagles on Thursday, falling 12-0. The Buccaneers haven't had much luck with the War Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

McIntosh County Academy now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Jenkins County, they pushed their record up to 3-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, McIntosh County Academy will host First Preparatory Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Jenkins County, they will head out on the road to take on Montgomery County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
