Soccer Recap: Woodside Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Woodside can now relate to. They lost 4-0 to the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs on Saturday. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Wildcats couldn't quite close it out.

Woodside's loss dropped their record down to 10-5. As for Archbishop Mitty, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-1.

Woodside does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Archbishop Mitty, they will welcome St. Ignatius College Preparatory at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
