Soccer Recap: Burton Gets the Win

After failing to score in their last game, Burton made sure to put some goals up on the board against WISH Academy on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the WISH Academy Owls, sneaking past 6-5. It was an even better day for Emily Hernandez as she scored three goals for her team.

Burton now has a winning record of 1-0-1. As for WISH Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-6-1.

Burton will welcome Animo Watts at 12:15 p.m. on Friday. As for WISH Academy, they will take on Animo Venice at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
