Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lincoln). They really took it to the Mira Loma Matadors for the full four quarters, racking up a 67-2 victory. With the Fighting Zebras ahead 37-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Lincoln's win on Friday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from ISA KEIDEL, who went 7 of 9 on her way to 14 points. TAYLOR BUTLER was another key player, going 6 for 8 en route to 15 points.

Lincoln smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 16 consecutive games.

Lincoln has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.2 points per game. As for Mira Loma, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-18.

Lincoln and Mira Loma could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. Lincoln will face off against Colfax at 7:30 p.m. on Monday down 230 places (336 vs. 106). Similarly, Mira Loma (ranked 1173rd) will meet Bear River (ranked 331st) at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
