It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Columbus can now relate to. They lost 12-3 to the Callaway Cavaliers on Wednesday. The Blue Devils' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Columbus saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Layla Hendrick, who went 2-for-4 with one run.

Columbus' defeat dropped their record down to 13-16. As for Callaway, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-18.

While Columbus had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
