Football Game Preview: Spring Hill Broncos vs. Harmon Hawks + Official Tickets

The Spring Hill Broncos will welcome the Harmon Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Spring Hill's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points in their last five matchups.

Spring Hill barely beat Louisburg the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Broncos claimed a resounding 49-7 win over the Wildcats. With the Broncos ahead 42-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Jordan Miller had another great game (as he tends to do), throwing for 136 yards and four touchdowns on only 11 passes, while also rushing for 64 yards and one score on only five carries. Those four passing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Cameron Wells did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 87 receiving yards.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Spring Hill was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 342 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 214 rushing yards in five consecutive games.

Meanwhile, Harmon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were outmatched by Northeast and fell 55-12.

Spring Hill's record is now 7-1. As for Harmon, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.
