Football Game Preview: Central Falcons vs. Surrattsville Hornets + How To Watch

Central is 0-9 against Surrattsville since September of 2015 but things could change on Saturday. The Falcons will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against the Hornets at 1:00 p.m. Central will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Central proved they can win big two weeks ago (they won by 36) and last Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 16-14 win over Friendly.

Deangelo Bryant went supernova, throwing for 203 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 passes, while also rushing for 66 yards. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September of 2024.

Central didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Douglas Bunbury-Herbert and Kaletri Bell.

Meanwhile, Surrattsville fell victim to Douglass and their airtight defense last Friday. They were beaten by the Eagles 42-0. The Hornets have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Surrattsville now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Central, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.
