Baseball Recap: Branson Bulls vs. Montgomery Vikings

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Branson can now relate to. They came up short against the Montgomery Vikings on Friday, falling 14-4. The Bulls were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Branson saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jonah Bordon, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run. Another was Holden Cane, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Branson has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-15 record this season.
