Soccer Recap: Centerville Takes a Loss

Centerville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Chariton Chargers, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, Centerville can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa soccer rankings (they are ranked 200th, while Chariton are ranked 60th).

Centerville's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15-2. As for Chariton, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-1-2.

As of now, neither Centerville nor the Chargers have any future games scheduled.
