Aubree Hupp leads a balanced attack to beat Union Area

Recap: Blackhawk Cougars vs. Union Area Scotties
The Blackhawk Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 20 points or more this season. Everything went their way against Union Area on Wednesday as Blackhawk made off with a 50-30 victory. The win was nothing new for Blackhawk as they're now sitting on four straight.
Blackhawk got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Aubree Hupp out in front who scored 12 points along with five rebounds and three steals. The game was Hupp's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Andrea Kinger, who scored 14 points.
Blackhawk's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Union Area, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Blackhawk won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Kennedy Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on December 21st. Hopefully Kennedy Catholic focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up five on Monday. Union Area and Lincoln Park Performing Arts will round out the year against one another at TBD on Thursday at.
