Hesperia is 10-0 against Serrano since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Hesperia Scorpions will host the Serrano Diamondbacks at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Hesperia is likely headed into the game with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Oak Hills on Tuesday. Hesperia received a blow as they fell 53-39 to Oak Hills. The Scorpions have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 66-23, which was the final score in Serrano's tilt against Burroughs on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Diamondbacks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 804th, while the Burros are ranked 349th).

Serrano's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Hesperia, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-12.

Hesperia was able to grind out a solid win over Serrano in their previous meeting two weeks ago, winning 48-36. Will Hesperia repeat their success, or does Serrano have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
