Cambridge won the last time they faced Centennial and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bears blew past the Knights 14-0. The result was nothing new for the Bears, who have now won 11 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

The win was the fifth in a row for Cambridge, bringing their record up to 14-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Centennial, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 11 of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cambridge will challenge Kell at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Centennial, they will take on Lanier at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Longhorns have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.63 runs per game on average), something the Knights will no doubt try to take advantage of.
