Soccer Recap: Cambridge Comes Up Short

Cambridge lost against Centennial on March 7th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Cambridge came up short against Centennial, falling 4-1. While losing is never fun, Cambridge can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 131st, while Centennial are ranked 46th).

Cambridge has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season. The victory made it two in a row for Centennial and bumps their season record up to 7-3.

Coming up, Cambridge will head out to challenge Lovett at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Centennial, they will host Blessed Trinity at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
