Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Merrillville's offense. They fell just short of Crown Point by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday.

Merrillville's loss dropped their record down to 5-8-2. As for Hobart, they now have a losing record of 6-7-2.
