Truckee has gone 9-0-1 against Incline recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Wolverines will take on the Highlanders at 2:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Truckee is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of California's top teams: South Tahoe, who was ranked 20th at the time (Truckee was ranked 19th). The Wolverines fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. The shutout was out of character for Truckee seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in August.

Meanwhile, Incline fell victim to North Tahoe and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They lost 10-0 to the Lakers. Incline have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Incline's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8-1. As for Truckee, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1-1 and their overall record down to 10-3-1.

Truckee took their win against Incline in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 8-0 score. Do the Wolverines have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Highlanders turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
