Football Recap: Crownpoint Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Crownpoint lost against Tohatchi back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Eagles took a blow against the Cougars, falling 54-6. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Keshawn Charley threw for 37 yards and one touchdown.

Crownpoint's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Tohatchi, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Crownpoint will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Zuni at 7:00 p.m. on October 10. As for Tohatchi, they will venture away from home to challenge Thoreau at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Hawks will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Cougars surely won't give up without a fight.
