Groton-Dunstable won the last time they faced Quabbin Regional and things went their way on Thursday too. The Crusaders managed a 16-10 victory over the Panthers.

Groton-Dunstable is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 13.3 points on average over those games. As for Quabbin Regional, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Groton-Dunstable and Tyngsborough will shake off the rust and duke it out on November 27. The Tigers' defense has only allowed 7.8 points per game this season, so the Crusaders' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Quabbin Regional, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Gardner at 6:00 p.m. on November 26. The Panthers will be up against the Wildcats' rather soft defense (which has allowed 26.29 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
