Burlingame had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They and the Homestead Mustangs finished up their matchup with a 1-1 draw on Saturday. The result was nothing new for the Panthers as the squad haven't won a game since December 3rd.

With that draw, Burlingame's record moves to 1-4-1. Meanwhile, Homestead's record is now 0-2-3.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Burlingame face off against the Cardinal Newman at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Homestead, they won't get a chance for a more definitive result for a while: they'll take on Santa Clara at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
