Central is 8-2 against Naylor since September of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Tigers will look to defend their home field against the Eagles at 4:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with six consecutive losses for Central and three for Naylor.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Central's offense. They lost 10-0 to Saxony Lutheran on Wednesday.

Naylor couldn't beat Doniphan on Tuesday even though they stacked four runs on them in the third inning. The Eagles came up short against the Dons, falling 20-4.

Naylor saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Faithlynn ?Gracie? Tillman, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one run.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Naylor, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.

Central beat Naylor 9-6 when the teams last played back in September. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
