Soccer Recap: Berkeley Triumphs

Berkeley proved they can win big on Friday (they won by seven) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Miramonte Matadors 2-1. For Berkeley, this counts as revenge for the 6-1 victory Miramonte walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2024.

Micaela Bedolla Garcia and Terren Davis scored both of Berkeley's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Berkeley's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Miramonte, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Berkeley will head out to take on Skyline at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Miramonte, they will be playing at home against Dublin at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
