Recap: Beverly Hills Normans vs. Centennial Apaches
In what's become a running theme this season, the Beverly Hills Normans gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 62-30 victory over Centennial on the road. The win was some much needed relief for Beverly Hills as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
It was another big night for Mandy Kohanim, who scored 32 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Beverly Hills' points. Tiffany Meshkani was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with five rebounds.
Beverly Hills' win bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Centennial, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-14.
Beverly Hills will be playing in front of their home fans against Inglewood at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Inglewood is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses. As for Centennial, they will head out on the road to challenge Leuzinger at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Leuzinger is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.
