If Rocklin wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Whitney, they should've done a better job of containing Kendall Dykstra. The Whitney Wildcats put the hurt on the Rocklin Thunder with a sharp 58-36 victory on Friday thanks to Dykstra, who went 10-for-18 to rack up 23 points and four steals. That's the most points she has posted since back in February of 2024.

Another player making a difference was Tylie Kitchen, who put up seven points in addition to ten rebounds and six assists. She is becoming a predictor of Whitney's success: when she posts at least ten boards the team is 6-2 (and 9-11 when she doesn't).

The win made it two in a row for Whitney and bumps their season record up to 15-13. As for Rocklin, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 10-17 record this season.

As of now, neither Whitney nor Rocklin have any future games scheduled.
