It was a Battle of the Birds when Manhattan E challenged Skyline on Friday. The Eagles took their game with ease, bagging a 38-6 win over the Thunderbirds. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won six matchups by 32 points or more so far this season.

The victory (which was Manhattan E's third in a row) raised their record to 6-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.7 points on average over those games. As for Skyline, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-2.

Manhattan E will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Cornerstone Family at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th. As for Skyline, they will be playing in front of their home fans against South Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Thunderbirds will need to watch out since the Timberwolves have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
