Soccer Recap: Edgewood Comes Up Short

Edgewood was the 2-1 winner over Grand Valley when they last played one another back in August, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 1-0 on Thursday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, Edgewood haven't been shut out since back in August.

Edgewood's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3-4. As for Grand Valley, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-6.

Coming up, Edgewood will head out on the road to challenge Jefferson Area at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Grand Valley, they will host Badger at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
