Basketball Recap: Obama Academy of International Studies Comes Up Short

If Obama Academy of International Studies was feeling good fresh off their 67-32 takedown of Carrick last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Obama Academy of International Studies Eagles were dealt a 72-34 loss at the hands of the Taylor Allderdice Dragons on Tuesday. The contest marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Obama Academy of International Studies' defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-7. As for Taylor Allderdice, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-5.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Brashear the next time they take the court. Taylor Allderdice will head out to face Brashear at 3:15 p.m. on Friday, while Obama Academy of International Studies will head out to face them at 3:15 p.m. on February 7th.
