Bethel barely beat Tecumseh the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Wildcats put the hurt on the Savages with a sharp 9-3 win on Tuesday. Considering the Wildcats have won seven games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Lilly Ingmire made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one run.
In other batting news, Bethel let Bailey Tucker and Kinley Bowles run wild.
