Softball Recap: Crisp Academy Takes a Loss

Crisp Academy lost against Terrell Academy back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 10-9. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jenna Wildes was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Another player making a difference was Ansley Simpson, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Crisp Academy's loss dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Terrell Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Crisp Academy nor Terrell Academy have any future games scheduled.
