Soccer Recap: Buckingham Charter Takes a Loss

Buckingham Charter was the 0-0 winner over Western Sierra Collegiate Academy when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Buckingham Charter Knights fell 4-2 to the Western Sierra Collegiate Academy Wolves on Friday.

Gianna Baligod and Tegan Lenox scored both of Buckingham Charter's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Buckingham Charter now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Western Sierra Collegiate Academy, they now have a winning record of 1-0-1.

Buckingham Charter will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Trinity Prep at 4:00 p.m. on March 18th. As for Western Sierra Collegiate Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 6-0 win against Sacramento Country Day on the 10th.
