Golden hasn't lost a match since September 20th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Monday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Standley Lake Gators. Golden's winning goal came courtesy of Bertel Emil Bruun Ellegaard.

Golden has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those four matches. As for Standley Lake, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Golden is set to challenge their familiar foe Green Mountain at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Standley Lake will face off against rival Conifer at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
