Thomasville came out on top against Seminole County on Monday thanks in part to the team's impressive seven-run first inning. The Bulldogs blew past the Indians 14-2. The victory continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won six in a row.

Ava Simpson made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out ten over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.
