Softball Game Preview: Palmer Terrors vs. Sierra Stallions

The Palmer Terrors are taking a road trip to challenge the Sierra Stallions at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 17 consecutive losses dating back to last season for Palmer and 19 for Sierra dating back to last season.

Palmer lost 16-1 to Widefield on Thursday.

Palmer saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Malouma Cheikh, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Meanwhile, Sierra came up short against Falcon on Thursday, falling 18-2. That's two games in a row now that the Stallions have lost by exactly 16 runs.

Sierra's loss dropped their record down to 0-18. As for Palmer, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-15.

Palmer might still be hurting after the 20-0 loss they got from Sierra in their previous meeting back in August of 2023. Can the Terrors avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
