Dos Pueblos wins going away against Pacifica Christian/Orange County

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Dos Pueblos Chargers walked away with it. Everything went their way against the Tritons on Wednesday as they made off with a 4-1 win. The result kept Dos Pueblos happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 18th.

They hit Pacifica Christian/Orange County with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kacey Hurley (2), Maddy Jones, and Stephanie Carranza.

Dos Pueblos is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-8-4 record this season. As for Pacifica Christian/Orange County, their loss dropped their record down to 20-7-1.

Dos Pueblos will head out on the road to take on Coachella Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Coachella Valley knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past five matches -- so hopefully Dos Pueblos likes a good challenge. Pacifica Christian/Orange County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
