South Fayette and Peters Township squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but South Fayette had to settle for second. They fell to the Peters Township Indians 40-36. The Lions' loss signaled the end of their 16-game winning streak.

South Fayette's defeat dropped their record down to 24-2. As for Peters Township, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-3 record this season.
