Williamsburg hasn't lost a match since April 17th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Alburnett Pirates a 4-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Williamsburg, who have now won seven games by three goals or more so far this season.

Williamsburg pushed their record up to 13-1-4 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three contests. As for Alburnett, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7-2 record this season.
