Football Recap: Crandall Pirates vs. Midlothian Heritage Jaguars
Crandall lost against Midlothian Heritage back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pirates lost to the Jaguars at home by a 52-35 margin. The Pirates were down 42-14 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Crandall's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jeremiah Douglas, who picked up 152 receiving yards and a pair of TDs. Luke Vanlandingham handled things on the ground, rushing for 80 yards and a rushing touchdown.
Dax Montelongo produced another solid performance rushing for 169 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries, while also throwing for 178 yards and three TDs while completing 78.3% of his passes for Midlothian Heritage.
