Baseball Recap: Tucker Comes Up Short

After flying high against Lithonia last Wednesday, Tucker came back down to earth. The Tigers came up short against the North Springs Spartans on Thursday, falling 15-5.

Alec Waller made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Tucker has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-19 record this season. As for North Springs, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-15.

Looking ahead, Tucker will host Luella at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. As for North Springs, they will face off against Lakeside School at 10:00 a.m. on the 12th.
